Coach Sam is a lifelong athlete with experience in multiple sports both competitively and recreationally. After high school Sam spent several years working as a firefighter. “As a firefighter I saw the importance of being a well rounded athlete. It was not enough to look fit, be strong, or run fast. My body was my main tool to both assist people in need and perform my job to the highest standard. Therefore, I needed to ensure I was all of those things combined.”
After several years as an athlete Sam became a coach during college. As a trainer Sam loves watching clients transform mentally and physically as they create positive habits. His goal is to create an environment where people of all backgrounds can come in, have fun, feel welcomed, and desire to return the next day. Fitness is his passion and he aims to make your time at the gym the highlight of your day.
