Coach Sam is the founder of Superior Growth Health & Fitness and a lifelong athlete with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. With a background in competitive and recreational sports, Sam brings a unique blend of discipline, adaptability, and creativity to every training session.
Before becoming a coach, Sam served as a firefighter, an experience that shaped his approach to fitness. “As a firefighter, I saw the importance of being a well-rounded athlete. It wasn’t enough to just look fit, I needed strength, endurance, and resilience. My body was my primary tool to help people and perform under pressure. That’s when I realized fitness isn’t just about appearance, it’s about being capable.”
Sam began coaching while in college and quickly found his calling in guiding others through both physical and mental transformation. He believes fitness should be empowering, welcoming, and accessible. His goal is to create an environment where everyone, regardless of background, experience, or ability, feels valued, challenged, and inspired to return the next day.
Fitness is more than a career for Sam, it’s a way of life. His mission is to help you build lasting habits, discover your strength, and make the gym the highlight of your day.
