At Superior Growth Health & Fitness, we do more than just train, we transform. Founded by Coach Sam, a former firefighter turned fitness coach, this business was born out of a belief that health is not just about performance, it's about purpose.

After years in high-pressure roles that demanded peak physical readiness, Sam learned firsthand that fitness isn’t just about how you look, it’s about being capable, resilient, and ready for life. He now brings that same mindset to every client session, helping people of all backgrounds unlock their potential.

Meet Coach Sam

Coach Sam is a lifelong athlete, certified personal trainer, and founder of Superior Growth. His career began in public service as a firefighter, where he discovered the importance of functional, adaptable fitness. After earning his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a Master’s in Healthcare Innovation, he founded this business to redefine how fitness can serve people, not just bodies, but lives.

He’s passionate about creating an environment that’s challenging, motivating and, above all, real. Whether you’re new to training or a lifelong athlete, Coach Sam’s goal is to make the gym the best part of your day.
